Cancellation Policy
Your time matters to me, and I hold your appointment just for you. If you need to make changes, I ask that you give me 24 hours’ notice so I have the chance to fill your spot.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service booked.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.
• A card on file is required for all appointments.
• Arriving more than 20 minutes late may be considered a no-show. If you notify me in advance that weather conditions are causing your delay, we may be able to adjust or shorten your service.
I completely understand that life happens and emergencies come up, so I do offer a one-time grace for new clients. Thank you for valuing my time and respecting my business policies so I can best serve all of my clients.
Correction Policy:
If you notice anything about your hair that doesn’t feel right, please let me know within 7 days of your appointment. I’ll be happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment to get it just how you like it. Because services and products have already been performed, refunds are not available.
Consultation Policy:
Consultations are included in your service. For color services, a consultation is required before your set appointment for new clients.
Health & Safety / Allergy Policy:
Please let me know about any allergies, scalp conditions, or recent chemical services before your appointment. Your safety is my top priority.
